Students come to our class from different backgrounds, cultures, and religion... it's our job to teach them all equally without differentiating between them. they are all here to learn and we are all here to teach. however, we should be careful when teaching these students first we have to teach them that we all are at the same level, should respect each other, should not make fun of others beliefs and backgrounds. Students must learn to socialize in the class, learn from each other's differences. a teacher must know how to deal with them. she can assign them group work, projects, and presentations. Students here supposed to team up and work together. each student can introduce his culture once a week to the whole class so they all know about each other more. the teacher's role is to keep balance in class and not favoring or taking sides to have a successful session with a positive environment...

As teachers, we have a lot of responsibilities. we all know that a teacher could face a lot of situations in her class. There are students who are orphans, bullies, handicapped etc... and we have to be prepared to deal such cases because we need to make sure they are treated equally to their peers and they are understood well by us. a teacher must be aware of the different situations, what to do with such students and how to do it. it really makes us better teachers and show the better side of us if we take it seriously instead of ignoring or mistreating the student with special needs.

Students normally have different ways of absorbing content and information. The process of understanding differs from one student to another. The teachers' job is to know these differences and teach their students in the best way that suits them. There are four learning styles: visual, auditory, kinesthetic and linguistic... Visual students depend in their learning on images, maps, and graphics. Auditory students depend on discussions, listening and speaking. Kinesthetic learners study best when they move around and integrate in the process of learning by doing stuff on their own. Last but not least there are learners who learn best through reading, writing and taking notes.    

...to have faith means everything, it is what makes us continue in this life. it makes us wake up every day and do our shores. That is why we as teachers should teach our students to hold on to their beliefs and teach them to be optimistic. To be optimistic means that they should know that nothing always works out as they wish for the first time. so they don't have to try again and work harder to achieve their goal. our job is to make them feel good and give them hope and confidence that they need to do better in education and life in general.

Two weeks ago, I read about this topic and wanted to share it with you guys. It seemed interesting because we sometimes talk about it but without knowing that others have done research on it. Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify our emotions and of others, motivate ourselves and monitor them. Daniel Goleman was one of the researchers who brought up this topic and highlighted its importance. He said that one's IQ is important but what is more important is his EQ in other words "Being a person who is smart and intelligent is not enough to be good and do your work. it's the way you can handle people around you and the stress that comes with the job." How do you motivate yourself, how do you treat others, the skills that you have... So knowledge alone, is not the right reason to pick up employees. You have to see them while they're working and how do they act under pressure with their peers, bosses etc...   

On March 30 the school of education held a conference. The organizing of the conference was Miss Rasha Halat. It was a conference to educate women and to draw the attention os society that women's role is must bigger now. This is the time where women can and will shine on their own and prove to the society that they can do the jobs which men do, take the same positions as men and even be the boss in certain occasions. A lot of people attended this event, which shows the importance of the topic, it was a successful one. And lots of important personalities attended it from different countries. It was really an unforgettable event. We learned a lot from it, such as we as women are not just born to be housewives we can much more. We should seek to be independent and brave. Our role is not just to stay home and listen to what others impose on us. We are leader ourselves.

Students come to class with enthusiasm and a lot of energy. They enter the class with a lot of expectations about the teacher and the subject they are going to study. As most of us already know the students' effort in the class and the work they do is best shown when they love their teacher. Students feel comfort in the class with the teacher they like. So the teacher's attitude should be positive and encouraging. This way students will learn better from her knowing that she really loves them back and cares for them.  

As we all know yesterday was mother's day. I am pretty sure we all love our mothers so much but on this day every mother likes to feel special. That's why we try our best to make her feel that way. Since she was, is and will be our first teacher. She taught us how to walk, talk, behave... So the favor is all hers of what we turned to be now. So the least we can do is to give her the respect and patience that once she gave us and still is giving it. "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."   It is essential to include the students in the process of learning. They should be a priority for the teacher. She must take in consideration the students age, interests and likes. Students best learn when they are involved and not just lectured. If they get bored or sleepy then the teacher will lose their attention and interest in the topic she's talking about. So the teacher has a huge responsibility toward her students whatever their age. The responsibility of teaching them and keeping what they have learned in their minds.
